From December 2nd to December 20th, De Grote Kerk, The Greanery Event Productions, and The Food Lineup are teaming up to host a spectacular celebration at De Grote Kerk, the most festive time of the year. Together, we excel in creating customized experiences for every occasion, whether it’s lunch, dinner, drinks, or a party.
We set ourselves apart by transforming this historic building into a vision of the future, blending natural elements with cutting-edge themes like video mapping. We believe that change starts in the stomach, with food as the ultimate connector. For us, food marks the beginning of a journey toward sustainable change—a delicious beginning, indeed.
Who we are
Locally Sourced
Too often we’ve seen that companies like to talk about sustainable change. What we need to do is perform. We calculate our steps. All the food that we serve is locally sourced and comes from The Netherlands, roughly within a span of approximately 30-40 kilometers, eliminating the food chain.
Setting The Mood
With every course, we transform the entire venue. We introduce new music vibes and video mapping that perfectly complement the food being served at that moment. The experience literally evolves with each meal!
From 1.0 to 10.0
We won’t stop until we become the future. From our current version 1.0 to the 10.0 version we aim to be in the coming years, we are committed to eliminating the food chain, becoming energy regenerative, and creating the coolest event experiences ever!
Everything is Possible
For partners and clients interested in taking over the entire night offer custom buy-out packages. Everything is possible, from a 5 course seated dinner to a walking dinner with multiple food stalls. For more information about these packages or custom made events, please contact us directly.
Ever since our first years we have heavily focussed on how to limit our use of electricity. In our new approach that we’ve started in 2023, our first step was to calculate how much electricity our operational kitchen was using, which is explained in the diagram. Now, in 2024 we focus on calculating and reducing our co2 emissions.
De grote kerk
As we’re big fans of contrasts we turn this iconic venue into a lush paradise in which we use video projections to project on the inside walls of the venue. We mix natural elements with futuristic themes, transforming this historic building into a vehicle for the future, whether we serve 150 people or 1000 guests for a walking or seated dinner, lunch or something completely custom.
Gospel of food
The main ingredient of this night will be a multiple course dinner themed ‘Regions of Holland’, a fusion of several world renowned kitchens using only food items produced in our beloved country. We love and therefore embrace what we have.
Our dinner will be prepared and served by a selection of 3 chefs. All chefs are selected in collaboration with our food partner The Food Lineup.
